Medical Billing Specialist Responsibilities include submission of claims, follow-up/denials, and payment posting. Must possess a thorough knowledge of billing to third-party payors. Windows-based billing software experience and CMBS certification preferred. Certified Coding Specialist Responsibilities include physician coding and billing. Minimum of 2 years experience in surgical OB/GYN coding experience required. CCS-P, CPC, and CMBS credentials preferred. Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities include incoming billing queries, reviewing and sending statements. Medical billing knowledge a plus. Must have basic computer skills, excellent communication, and be detail oriented. Accountant Responsibilities include accounts payable, bank reconciliation, payroll, and general ledger. Qualifications include a four-year accounting degree, working knowledge of Microsoft software, and ability to interpret and summarize financial or other data. Experience in health care a plus. Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities include AP invoice verification and entry, check issuance, and other accounting duties. Must have three years of experience in accounting and good knowledge of Microsoft software. Good customer service skills a must.
